Wonderful private villa for 12 guests with private pool, A/C, WIFI and TV, close to Lucca

Casa Rosa is a nice stone building (350 sq m) with WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with six bathrooms.

Your Experience
Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property ideal for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
