It is located in a family hamlet and a very quiet environment with a view of a garden planted with trees and flowers and its pond, while being close to all amenities 5km (supermarket, pharmacy, press, beautician, hairdresser, doctor, nurse).
A short, leafy 150 m path leads to a large sandy beach.
