Our home is in the quiet, secure, gated community of Oceanpointe in Lucea , Hanover. Perfectly situated between Jamaica's second city, Montego Bay and the majestic 7 miles of white sand beaches in Negril. Perfect for relaxing or remotely working. Our Cozy lttle cottage comes with breathtaking mountain views and ocean breeze or full air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room if that is preferred. All of these are powered by Solar, so you should never be in the dark!

We have a fully furnished patio along with outside dining area. These are designated smoking areas. There is no smoking allowed inside the house!

On property there are 2 shared pools, tennis court, playground, soccer field and basketball court available at your leisure. Pool float, Basketball, Soccer ball and table tennis paddles and balls are provided. Extra towels for pool and excursions are provided. Gym access requires a card there is a $25 US cash refundable deposit required upon check in for the use of the card. If card is not returned upon check out the $25 will not be returned.

Free, fast Wi-Fi from Starlink for work and play with smart TVs in each room and designated work station. There are also board games, toys and books for indoor play.

Our fully equipped kitchen has a Samsung suite of ice and water dispensing French door refrigerator, large capacity microwave and gas stove with oven. Small appliances include airfryer toaster oven, coffee machine with coffee cream and sugar, blender, waffle iron, electric grill/griddle. There are plenty pots, pans, even a pressure cooker, mixing bowls, bakeware and every utensil you'll need to prepare and serve your meal. You can make any meal your heart desires.

There is a convenience store and take-out restaurant at the clubhouse if you prefer not to cook!

Our bathrooms have plentiful supply of towels and wash rags. Bodywash, Shampoo and Conditioner and toilet paper. We also have a hair dryer.

There is a laundry room, complete with washer, dryer and wash basin. We also have a clothes line for natural outdoor drying.

There is also a steam iron and ironing board as well as an ample supply of hangers.
