Hervorragendes Hotel in der Altstadt von Luzern. Coole Bar, schönes Frühstück, ausgezeichnetes Restaurant (15 Gault M.). Zimmer (Suite) gegen die Reuss: Sehr ruhig und gemütlich mit Regendusche, Whirlpool-Wanne und 2 WC‘s. Tolle Location mit familiärem Touch.

Apprécier la décoration et service en salle. Pas apprécier: bruit suit aux éliminations des bouteilles vide du restaurant dans la nuit, pas de service de conciergerie pour les valises. Ils faut monté et descendre une 12 marches et l’antipathie des réceptionnistes envers francophone. On s dû attendre 30’ à l’extérieur pour la voiture priorité donner aux suisses allemand et allemands.

Très bon acceuil , la vue sur la rivière depuis la chambre est magnifique ! Deux verres offerts à notre arrivée, le repas du midi en terrasse était tres sympa toujours avec une exceptionnelle Le petit-déjeuner est très complet et de qualité,une bonne surprise La chambre est par contre de style vieillot et quelconque mais la vue depuis le balcon nous le fait oublier Je recommande cet hôtel
