Amazing holiday

The hotel was amazing, the staff were fantastic, and the views were absolutely fabulous. Not only the views from our balcony, but the chrismas lights on the hotel were the best I've ever seen. It was a completely magical holiday.

Fantastic service, great view, great breakfast.. wish there was a minibar fridge

From the minute we arrived to when we left, we received nothing short of wonderful customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and we were greeted with smiles and friendly greetings. The rooms are a little on the small side, however, absolutely do-able for a small family. Views amazing. The breakfast buffet is superb, it includes hot items. We definitely didn't feel like we needed to eat again until late afternoon. The breakfast staff were very good, some seemed to jump more into action (and offer more coffee/ask how the breakfast was) when senior staff were around - nothing to complain about - simply an observation. The only downside is we wish there was a mini-bar to keep our baby's milk cold. The restaurant very kindly kept it cold for us, however it was a little hassle retrieving and handing it back over the course of our four day stay. Perhaps in future if a family is traveling with a baby who takes bottles a small fridge could be provided in the cupboard area. We will be back - the customer service is truly brilliant.

das Einzige, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, ist dass das Frühstück am Samstag erst um 0800 Uhr beginnen kann.....

Sehr laute Musik von der Bar bis am Morgen um 02:00 Uhr, konnten nicht schlafen! Sehr heiss im Zimmer, konnten wegen dem Lärm die Fenster nicht öffnen!

Im Sommer stellen wir Ihnen gerne Ventilatoren ins Zimmer um die Hitze zu reduzieren, unsere Rezeption ist für Solche Anliegen jederzeit für Sie da. Wir würden uns freuen Sie in Zukunft ein andermal bei uns begrüssen zu dürfen. Neu gibt es bei uns jeden Sonntag einen feinem Brunch wobei man so richtig dahinschlemmen kann.
