Die Lage an der Reuss und die unmittelbare Nähe zur Luzerner Altstadt sind Pluspunkte. Die hohe Zimmertemperatur, nach den heissen Sommertagen, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Ventilator im Raum schafft etwas Abkühlung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig.

Unkompliziertes Check-In, das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft um 11:30 Uhr bereits bezugsbereit. Für ein 2-Sterne Hotel waren wir zufrieden. Tolles, nährreiches Frühstücksbuffet, gute Lage, bequemes Bett, kleine Details in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit (z.B. auch den Seifenspender reinigen). Wir waren für den Preis zufrieden.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Nettes Personal und saubere Zimmer. Toll fand ich die Möglichkeit am Nachmittag ein Tee zu Trinken und dazu Kuchen zu essen!
