This charming cottage is just a short drive from Arezzo, Siena, Florence, and even the region of Umbria, making it an excellent base for cultural day trips. Furnished in a traditional Tuscan style, the home provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for up to 4 guests, complete with WiFi and air conditioning.

The house is enveloped by a spacious garden filled with fruit trees and offers scenic views over the rolling Tuscan hills. Guests can relax by the shared, fenced swimming pool or enjoy al fresco meals under the gazebo. A barbecue area, garden furniture, and a partially fenced private space create the perfect setting for laid-back evenings. The owners, who live on-site, maintain the barbecue daily and are happy to offer warm hospitality year-round.

Inside, the home features a cozy living room with a decorative fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds), and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Guests can also enjoy leisure time with a game of table football or billiards. For a special experience, olive oil tastings and Italian cooking classes can be arranged directly with the homeowner.
