Spectacular views of the Hinchinbrook Island, Great Palm Islands and the Lucinda Jetty (the longest jetty in the Southern Hemisphere).

Dungeness boat ramp is a one minute drive from the property. Fish the Hinchinbrook Channel, around the islands and even out to the reef. Popular swimming spots include Mulligan Falls and Zoe Bay Falls on Hinchinbrook Island as well as Yanks Jetty on Orpheus Island.

Lucinda Hotel & Bottle Shop, Slipway Restaurant and Lucinda Store are all within short distances for your convenience.

Fully furnished 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home, with all linen and bath towels provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Portacot available on request.

2 bay garage which contains bait freezer, beer fridge/freezer & fish filleting table.

House was absolutely beautiful. It was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The view from the sunroom was gorgeous. Less than 10 minutes from the boat ramp and the beach was practically at the backdoor.
