We are a license vacation home ready for your reservation!

Build your summertime vacation memories in this lovely 2 Bedroom , 1 Bathroom bungalow. This home is pet friendly so that you can bring your fluffy friends with you and it features a nice yard for them to explore. Inside the house we have a fully stocked kitchen and a living room for you and your family to relax in after a long day at one of the nearby beaches. Speaking of beaches, the Ludington State Park and Ludington city beach are both less than a 10-minute drive.

This 2 bedroom cottage offers a very large main bedroom and a smaller 2nd bedroom. The main bedroom includes a queen bed, an XL twin bed, walk in closet, TV, 2 dressers, blanket chest and a chair. It has a privacy curtain that can be drawn to create 2 separate sleeping areas in the main bedroom or a hang out area for the kiddos. Many families like to use this space for the kiddos to hang out while they get their own space in the living room and the smaller bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is typical of cottages built in the 1940's. It is smaller than today's bedrooms, but has a queen bed, closet, and dresser. The bathroom is also what I call "cottage" size - small (shower is 28"x26"), but it is solid and serves it purpose.

Bringing a boat? We have room for you to park it in our 46+ foot concrete drive, with room on the side for another car.

Enjoy your secluded backyard patio where you can dine outside, grill your favorite meals, or just sit back and relax around the firepit. The grassy front yard provide space for playing Frisbee or setting up an outdoor game. There is a small peek-a-boo view of Hamlin Lake, but the houses across the street blocks most of the view :(

Boat rentals, bait shop, snack shop, boat ramp, and county park just a few houses away. Walk to the county park and let the kiddos play on the swings, have a picnic or do a little fishing. Public beaches on Hamlin and Lake Michigan are a 5-10 minute drive. Downtown Ludington is only 5 miles down the road. This is a convenient location for all your Hamlin Lake and Ludington needs.

Bringing your furry friend? Please make sure to read the Pet house rules and have your pet included in the rental occupancy.

NOTE - Garage on the property is used by maintenance and may be randomly access by staff between 8am - 7pm. It is not included as part of your rental.

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
