Leider nicht das bekommen was bestellt wurde. Keine Informationen das zZ sich das Hotel im Umbau befindet. Queen-Bett bestellt ausseranderstehende Doppelbetten bekommen. Kein Safe und Minibar auf dem Zimmer wie beschrieben.

Lieber Gast, schade das dir dein Aufenthalt bei uns nicht 100%zig gefallen hat. Der Umbau ist nun abgeschlossen und alle unsere Zimmer besitzen einen Zimmersafe. Statt der Minibar haben wir an der Rezeption einen kleinen Verkaufsshop eingerichtet, wo man jederzeit kühle Getränke und Snacks erwerben kann. Wir werden intern unser Personal besser schulen um mehr auf die Gästewünsche eingehen. Wir hoffen du gibst uns eine zweite Chance.

Für eine Nacht war das Hotel okay aber noch mal würden wir es nicht buchen, da das neue Konzept nicht aufgeht. Das Designe ist zu sylisch unterkühlt und erinnert an ein junges Startup-Unternehmen die nicht viel Geld für die Inneneinrichtung ausgeben wollten. Es fehlt die Gemütlichkeit in allen Bereichen und viele Kleinigkeiten sind nicht durchdacht. Das Frühstück war eine reine Nahrungsaufnahme und meine Finger tun immer noch weh von den heißen Kaffeebechern. (Ich finde es einfach unhygienisch sie oben am Rand anzufassen.) Auch das auschecken hat mir nicht gefallen. Es war ein wenig chaotisch mit einer langen Schlange bis zu den Fahrstühlen.
