The living area opens onto an elegant lounge, furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, coffee table, and pouf—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Next to it, the dining area features a classic-style table that adds a touch of elegance and conviviality, ideal for shared meals or pleasant moments together. The parquet floor and wood-paneled ceiling bring warmth and intimacy to the atmosphere, enhanced by the soft lighting of fabric chandeliers and the delicate tones of the decorative elements. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare your favorite dishes and has access to a charming small terrace, complete with a table for two, ideal for coffee and aperitifs outdoors. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom with access to a small balcony, both equipped with spacious dressers.
