Discover URBAN 9, a modern and functional two-room apartment located in a newly built complex in Viganello and ideal for a relaxing holiday or a pleasant business stay. The spacious, open-plan living room is equipped with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals like at home and enjoying them on the beautiful 4-seater table that accommodates couples or families.

The sofa, which easily converts into a bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we think it is only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa), and the large flat-screen TV create an ideal space to relax at the end of the day.

The double bedroom is spacious and offers a large wardrobe for storing your clothes and personal belongings.

The bathroom, in elegant marble style, has a large shower and bidet.

Finally, the bright balcony adds a fresh touch of natural light, a pleasant place for an aperitif or breakfast in the open air.

As an excellent plus there is also a washing machine.
