Situated in the business area of Lugano, just a few minutes from Parco Ciani and the city\'s lakefront, IL PARCO is the perfect one-bedroom apartment for couple\'s vacation or for a business trip.



Red and yellow are the main colours of the furnishings, which give liveliness to the fully-equipped kitchen and the living room with a comfortable sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.) and a dining table for 4 people. The living room leads to the terrace with glass railings: enjoy an aperitif prepared of local products and witness the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood while observing the city from above! A double bedroom and a modern bathroom complete the apartment: relax in the shower with hydromassage jets.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Overall its a nice apartment which can serve your travel needs. I scored the property the way I did due to the multiple mentions of "laundry" on the listing. This was our main reason for picking the apartment. There is no laundry for this rental, so please beware that if that detail is still on the listing it is incorrect.
