STUDIO BESSO 31 is a modern studio apartment located in the residential district of Besso, a well-connected area just a short distance from Lugano’s historic center. Carefully designed and efficiently organized, the apartment is ideal for offering a comfortable stay whether you are traveling for leisure, business, or study.

Upon entering, you will find a contemporary bathroom on the right, featuring a spacious walk-in shower perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the city. To the left, there is a compact yet fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals as if you were at home: a cooktop, refrigerator, coffee machine, and utensils for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Moving forward, you enter the main space, a bright open-plan room thanks to a large window that opens onto a private balcony. Here, there is a dining area with a table for four and a cozy lounge corner with a sofa that transforms at night into a comfortable double bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.). The balcony is perfect for enjoying a moment outdoors, reading a book, or simply relaxing in Ticino’s mild climate. The apartment’s location is particularly convenient for exploring Lugano and its surroundings.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment has a private parking space in the condominium garage.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

In about 10 to 12 minutes on foot, you can reach Lugano’s historic center, with its picturesque streets, lively squares, and famous lakeside promenade. The area is well served by supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants, all within walking distance. Nearby is also Tassino Park, one of the city’s most beautiful panoramic gardens, perfect for a stroll among flowers and ancient trees with views over Lake Lugano. The city of Lugano perfectly combines Swiss elegance with a Mediterranean atmosphere. Strolling along Via Nassa, the historic shopping street, you’ll discover high-end boutiques, jewelry stores, and artisan shops. If arriving by car, take the Lugano Nord exit: the apartment is only 5 to 10 minutes away. If arriving by train, you can reach the apartment from Lugano’s railway station with just a five-minute walk.
