Open-space apartment with lake view (PANORAMIC STUDIO)

Comfortable open space apartment near Lugano station and the city centre, fully furnished and with fantastic lake view. You can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the lake of Lugano from the spacious balcony.



The apartment is equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). It is ideal for one person or a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people. 

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home.

A bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

It is located 2 steps away from Lugano station and the centre can be easily reached on foot or by funicular.

The lakeside promenade and the heart of the historical and high-end shopping district (Via Nassa) of Lugano can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and more are just around the corner. Bus stop, train stop and airport shuttles are in walking distance from the apartment.

The location is very central and nice. In a walking distance you can reach the major the bus-lines, the train station and airport shuttle services for Linate/Malpensa and Orio al Serio. Thanks to the direct Milan-Lugano line it is possible to reach the center of Milan in an hour, one of the advantages of being close to the train station!

By train, from Lugano station walk 8 minutes to reach the apartment.

By car, from the A2 motorway take the exit Lugano Nord and set the GPS: in 5 minutes you will reach the flat. Parking is easy to find outside the apartment in the \"blue\" area: the first 2 hours and during weekends free. Paid parking at the train station is a 2 minutes walk away.
