The apartment is situated in the village of Viganello in the hills above Lugano. The property is accessed by a steep, winding road or the funicular of Aldesago, which is conveniently located a 5-10-minute walk away. The funicular also takes visitors to the terraced restaurants and heavenly views at the summit of Monte Bre.

The centre of Lugano, with Parco Ciani, the iconic Piazza della Riforma, Trenino Turistico and Lugano’s casino is just a 12-minute drive. However, for those who want to unwind away from the crowds, Lido San Domenico and the Olive Grove trail for lakeside hiking are also a 10-minute drive. Lugano’s charming cafe-lined piazzas, idyllic lakeside promenade, panoramic vistas and scenic boat trips also provide an added dose of Italian-style romance.
