Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), small garden wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 2 m, depth 100 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, grocery 1 km, bus stop "Arrogno, Nebbia" 7 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m. Nearby attractions: Swissminatur, Melide 12 km, Foxtown, Mendriso 20 km, Mercato, Ponte Tresa IT 28 km, Mercato, Como IT 35 km, Mercato, Luino IT 39 km, Splash und SPA, Rivera 36 km.
