We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is extremely well located for anyone wishing to visit the city of Lugo, allowing you to easily reach the main attractions on foot. The hotel also has an agreement with a parking facility about 50–100 meters away, which is very convenient for those travelling by car. The rooms are very well decorated, super comfortable and clean, which made the stay even more pleasant. Another very interesting detail is that the hotel has Roman remains inside that can be seen, which further enrich the trip and make the overall experience even more special.

The hotel was in an excellent location, everything looked new in the room was very nice. Parking was right there and validated by Hotel. Bedding was very comfortable and they were plenty of shops and restaurants around. Breakfast was very good with plenty of selections.. the bathroom had a large tub and no shower, which I personally prefer myself but still we had a nice stay.
