The villa, arranged on two levels, offers an independent entrance and consists of a master bedroom, a small bedroom, a cozy living room, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a porch and a garden. The master bedroom can accommodate up to three people, using the double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, while additional sofa beds in the small bedroom and living room can accommodate four people.

Further on, in Maccagno with Pino and Veddasca, a spacious beach extends with a restaurant, bar and play areas for guaranteed fun for all ages.
