The holiday apartment itself is 33 m² in size and features a living kitchen with a sofa bed, a dining table for four people, and an air-conditioned bedroom with a double and single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The kitchen offers a 4-plate stove (2 gas, 2 electric), oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all necessary utensils. The terrace allows private use and is equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol.



The extras include a free parking space directly at the house and a usable outdoor grilling facility. Pets are not permitted, smoking is not allowed. Breakfast can be served at an additional cost upon request.
