Would not stay there again waited for someone at front desk for over 20 minutes and saw that someone complained of bed bugs on the floor below us

I do not recommend staying in this hotel,especially of you have children. The photos were not what the rooms look like st all there was mold and dirty carpets along with a horrible smell in the rooms. My family and i changed rooms three times and one of them had bugs. The front desk clerk was amazing as she could be letting us change rooms but this hotel needs to be completely redone and cleaned in my opinion especially with having been a housekeeper for a few years. Again I have two toddlers and it was not clean or safe for them.

Rugs were filthy. We asked to change rooms but rugs there were even worse. Complimentary breakfast had no attendant, so when we ran out of milk, we just had to run out of milk. :(

This property is disgusting. The floors have stains everywhere in the room. Cannot tell what’s stained vs what is still dirty. We found hair on the pillows and all around the sink in the bathroom. While attempting get some rest my children had bugs land on them throughout the night. This should be a last resort to get rest, otherwise it should be avoided at all costs. Disgusting property.

The trip was good the hotle was in bad shap. The bed was very used. The carpets were nasty. We ask the cleaning staff to come back and they didn't. The breakfast was lacking.

We didn't stay, the room was cancled, because they tried to charge my card before we got their. I got this hotel because it was a reserve now, pay at property. I have never had one cancle on me or try to take my money before. I only book that way. So, we had to stay at another hotle and pay more. I am very disappointed in this app and that hotle. They said hotles.com cancled it.

I ended up not staying and got a full refund due to the conditions being opposite of what's advertised in the photos. The only good thing this place has going for them is the staff. The staff was very friendly and understood how I felt. The staff deserve a better hotel to work at.

I didn't like having my room key rekeyed every time I left the property. There wasn't enough breakfast food for the guests. I went down for breakfast and the pans were empty.
