- First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en suite, large terrace.

Opportunity to swim in the sea in front of the house, thanks to a small path by the rocks leaving the garden. A sandy beach is reachable on foot in 5 minutes.
Near the marina of Sant Ambroggio, the beach, restaurant and shops 5 minutes walk (bakery, butcher, press, grocery ...). Rental car, boats, scooter, diving.
