A 1st room with its living/dining room and equipped and integrated kitchen area, independent WC with washbasin, a 1st room with 2 single beds in 90cm, a Loft area accessible by a few steps (kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, baby room with bed and changing table, 2nd room with 1 double bed. A third room accessible by a few steps with 2 single beds (90cm), a fourth room with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm) and the last room with 1 double bed (140cm) and an extra bench. Each room has its own bathroom. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer accessible by the outside and by the loft. Wifi access. Private shaded terrace of 30m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Unenclosed land of 1000 m² with private salt water swimming pool 10x5 (1m deep all around to 2m in the middle) secured by an alarm, sunbathing area, ping-pong table, petanque, clothes line. Here the sheets and towels are included!Possibility to rent the 60 m² loft space for 2 persons except July/August with private swimming pool!
