This renovated 1900s cottage has 3 queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the second floor with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and full bathroom on the ground floor. A 43' x 16' deck overlooks the water. Plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood setting, sitting on an acre of land. Superb location to base yourself on whilst visiting all the sites of Lunenburg County and more. Wake up to deer grazing on the lawn in this beautiful nature's little secret setting.
