객실이랑 화장실은 깨끗하고 나쁘지 않았어요. 머리가 길어서 수건이 더 필요해서 달라고 했는데 연박이 아니여서 더 안주신다고 하셨을때는 좀 그랬지만 대체적으로 친절하고 나쁘지는 않았습니다만, 중간에 새벽시간대가 아닌데도 응대시 그냥 카운터에 앉아 있는데 투숙객인지 추궁하는건 좀 그렇더군요.😅 기차역 근처고 다음일정땨문에 나쁘지 않아서 예약했는데 다음에는 다른곳에 머물것 같습니다.

地點方便，但睡了兩個晚上，總是癢癢的，房間維護要改善。前枱職員很友善也很專業，早餐阿姨態度欠佳，看見她怒罵兩個女生，女生們只是忘了收拾餐盤，她們發現後便立刻收拾，阿姨實在用不著臭臉擺架子。

房間很乾淨，離車站近，走路5分鐘，羅東夜市也近，而且櫃檯人員很有禮貌，詢問的問題也耐心解決，最重要的是這種價位居然提供自助式早餐，真是太好了。

鄰近羅東夜市！沒有停車場！但對面有付錢的停車場！網路上照片太溫馨！實際根本不是這樣！很像開房間的炮房！為什麼這麼說呢？我們一去check in 櫃檯小姐人不錯！然後講完流程、其中一項不能在房內抽菸！七樓房間都在八樓，一上去八樓大門一開煙味超濃！進去房間看到根本被照片騙了！根沒這麼溫馨！照片物件都沒錯！只是真的很像炮房！再來⋯廁所毛巾還有一根長髮、鏡子前面有可以置物的地方是塑膠置物的（就是放小物品、牙膏牙刷那種置物架）那個地方有煙放在那邊燒過的痕跡！整潔度是還可以！但我真的是很傻眼！說禁菸整間都煙味！然後隔壁是酒店！我就會全兜在一起！反正沒有很好！不建議真的很不建議入住！
