Slechtste hotel van onze rondreis

Voor onze rondreis door het oosten van de USA hadden we 14 hotels geboekt waarvan dit met grote afstand het allerslechtste was. Bij het inchecken hing er een plaquette dat ze in 2012 een prijs voor het schoonste hotel hadden gewonnen, maar sindsdien hadden ze op onze kamer niet veel meer gedaan schijnbaar. Onze niet roken kamer stonk naar rook en er zaten ontzettend veel vliegen. We hebben het eerste uur de kamer gelucht en vliegen gevangen. Het bed was schoon maar de rest van de kamer zat onder de spinnenwebben. De locatie en vooral het Italiaanse restaurant ernaast maakten veel goed.
