On the ground floor, you have a kitchen, open to a large space integrating living room and dining room, to meet in a friendly atmosphere. Here, each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
A bedroom with bathroom (shower / toilet) is accessible for people with reduced mobility (2 twin beds 90x190cm). On this level there is also a master suite (1 bed 140x190cm) with its mezzanine (1 bed 90x190cm and 1 bed 120x190cm), bathroom (shower) separate toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 other bedrooms each with (1 bed 160 x 190cm). A 90 bed can be added if necessary. All bedrooms have a desk. For security, cameras are installed at the entrance to the property.
The cottage is fully equipped with a reversible heat pump (heating in winter, air conditioning in summer). The Lurcy-Lévis racing circuit is 1km away.
