Gîte du Domaine du Roc

Located in the heart of the Domaine du Roc, a 6-hectare property featuring gardens, woods, and meadows with horses, we warmly welcome you to our cottage in this peaceful haven of bucolic surroundings. Ideally located 8 km from Saint-Emilion and 45 km from Bordeaux, numerous walking and hiking opportunities are within your reach. On site, you'll have access to a landscaped courtyard adjoining the cottage with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue. To relax, our 4x10m salt-water swimming pool will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from May 1 to September 30. More athletic guests can play a game on our private tennis court (tennis rackets are available for loan). Finally, you can wander throughout the property (picnic tables are available throughout the property), including fishing in the pond. The gîte, located in a stone Gironde house, is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen, a living room with dining room and lounge (fireplace, sofa bed with comfortable mattress), a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine (intermediate level access by 4 steps). Upstairs, there are two attic bedrooms: a master bedroom equipped with a 160x200 bed and a small children's bedroom equipped with two 90x190 beds, as well as a small toilet. Gîte equipped with electric heating (included in the price). Sheets, towels, table linen, wood are included in the price and beds are made upon arrival. Domain classified as an LPO refuge. We welcome horses in the meadow with shelter (electric fence) and hay at will (daily rate of €15 per horse). Small animals accepted on a leash. Tourist tax in addition. This cottage is suitable for teleworking (office area in the bedroom, internet connection). The winegrower owners offer you a tour of their farm. Ping-pong table. Massages are available upon request. 13 km from Libourne and 17 km from Lake Gurson in Villefranche-de-Lonchat.
