A little further away, Rutland offers Rutland Water Nature Reserve and Normanton Church (30 miles). At 12 miles distant, the city of Leicester is also within reach. The cabin is surrounded by glorious countryside walks, many along the Grand Union Canal with dog friendly pubs.


A beautifully refurbished static caravan, thoughtfully clad in wood both inside and out, offering excellent insulation and a unique domed roof. The space is well-proportioned and filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout. This wonderful space offers a living area, complete with a large sofa adorned with throws and cushions for a cosy evening in watching films on the projector, or enjoying the peaceful surroundings with your favourite book or game. There is a dining table in this space as well. A fully fitted kitchen with a full-size cooker and fridge ensures convenience, while the air conditioning unit provides comfort throughout the seasons. The cabin includes two double bedrooms, each adorned with top-quality bedding. The second bedroom is slightly smaller and best suited for a single adult or a couple content with a cosy space. Completing the cabin is the shower room. Decorated with wood cladding inside and out, this cabin is heavily insulated and boasts large picture windows framing the breath-taking Leicestershire countryside.


Stepping outside, there is a large expansive private decking area featuring a four-person wood-fired hot tub, perfect for relaxation. The deck provides an ideal spot to enjoy a drink and witness the sunset. It’s the ideal place , for a countryside digital detox. A BBQ area lets you make the most of al fresco dining. For an additional charge you could enjoy a romantic al fresco dinner using the outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, surrounded by views of fields and the peaceful lake or reconnect with nature in the luxurious glass-fronted, wood-fired sauna, complete with a cold-water rainfall shower and views of the lake — the perfect place to unwind and watch the sunset. The property shares the wider site with other buildings at the front, occasionally hosting events such as yoga retreats, guest privacy is carefully maintained, ensuring privacy and a secluded experience in the rear space.
