Modern gîte in Alsace

Independent house 6 people completely renovated 50 meters from the owners' house, with private access, parking, enclosed land, located on the edge of the village with Club Vosgien hiking trails and mountain bike rides out of the cottage.
At the exit of the village possibility of hikes on donkeys or simple walks for children 5 minutes from the cottage

This accommodation is equipped with every comfort and has been designed to allow you to spend a peaceful holiday. Ideal for families with children.

During very very cold periods, we provide you with our kota with barbecue for nice evenings.
For the summer periods, you can take advantage of a terrace with garden furniture, gas and wood barbecue, deckchairs. And for children, a playground with swing, ping pong table, large trampoline, slide, basketball hoop and pétanque court, and lots of outdoor games, etc.

Lutzelhouse, village with amenities, and by its location (at the exit of the expressway), allows you to discover the very tourist places of Alsace: the Donon Temple, the Struthof concentration camp, Alsace-Moselle Memorial, the fort of Mutzig.

Tree climbing and Nideck waterfall in Oberhaslach 10 minutes

ein wunderschönes Familienhaus

Es ist ein Haus mit einem großen Garten. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen Spielplatz, Schaukeln, eine Schlitterbahn und ein Trampolin. Für die Jugendlichen gibt es ein Tischtennis und einen Basketballkorb. Du kannst Roller fahren und mit Kegeln spielen. In der Nähe gibt es viele Wanderwege. Außerdem gibt es eine schöne Terrasse zum Grillen. Wenn Sie eine Familie mit Kindern sind, ist dies der beste Ort für einen schönen, interessanten und sportlichen Urlaub.

Perfektes Ferienhaus für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern

Ein Komfortables Haus mit allem Drum und Dran. Eine freundliche und nette Gastgeberin empfing uns und zeigte uns alles. Es ist ein schöner Spielplatz beim Haus. Es gibt Fahrräder und viele Kinderspielzeug. Ich empfehle dieses Haus für Familienurlaub. Wir überlegen, wieder hierher zu kommen.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Gut ausgestattet für Familien mit und ohne Kinder. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und gute Online Kommunikation. Gut gelegen, Straßburg und Colmar gut erreichbar. Leider habe ich einen Minuspunkt, in der Bildergalerie wird die Treppe nicht aufgeführt. Sie ist sehr steil und für gehbehinderte und Menschen mit Handycaps nicht geeignet. Siehe Fotos.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, das große Grundstück hat zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, sich zu beschäftigen.Gerade für Kinder ist das komplett mit Zaun, Sträuchen und kleiner Mauer umgebene Grundstück ein Paradies: Tischtennisplatte, Boule-Bahn, Schaukel, Rutsche und ein Schuppen mit Spielgeräten sind vorhanden. Auch an die "Großen" ist gedacht: Man kann Grillen oder gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen. Unsere Sorge, dass es auf dem Grundstück nirgendwo Schatten gibt, war unbegründet: Unter einem Carport steht die große Gartentisch-Garnitur etwas geschützt und auch hinterm Haus rund um die Tischtennisplatte findet man etwas Abkühlung im Schatten.Und mit dem Lavendel und den vielen Holzbienen fühlt man sich fast ein wenig wie in der Provence. Auch den Blick über die kleine Stadt mit der Kirche und den im Hintergrund liegenden Hügeln des Elsass vermissen wir inzwischen sehr - wobei das regelmäßige viertelstündliche Schlagen der Kirchturmglocke (auch nachts!) schon gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam leider noch eine riesige Baustelle im Ort hinzu, die aber wohl inzwischen (bald) schon wieder Geschichte sein dürfte, so dass einem erholsamen Urlaub im wunderschönen Elsass nichts mehr entgegensteht.Ansonsten: Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, man bekommt bei Anreise viele gute Tipps. Ein Supermarkt ist im Nachbarort vorhanden, eine Bäckerei sogar im Ort selber (Montags geschlossen!). Den Pizzabackautomaten im Ort haben wir leider nicht ausprobiert...
Auch in den Schränken im Flur reichlich Beschäftigung für Groß und Klein.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen für eine Woche in dieser schönen Unterkunft, die uns ausreichend Platz bot. Die obere Etage ist zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Gäste-WC ausgestattet, das von unseren Kindern genutzt wurde. Das 3. Schlafzimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss und war auch durch den großen Kleiderschrank sehr praktibel für uns. Highlight war aber das Außengelände, das wir sehr häufig nutzten (auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat). Wir haben bspw. die Tischtennisplatte unter den Pavillon gestellt, sodass wir selbst bei Regen spielen konnten. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit, sodass es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt wurde. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen.

Logement conforme à l'annonce, très bien entretenu et très bien équipé (notamment pour les enfants, avec de nombreux jeux d'extérieur et d'intérieur). Facile d'accès, quartier calme. La location donne droit à une carte d'hôte qui donne accès gratuitement (ou à tarif réduit) à plusieurs sites touristiques des alentours. Propriétaire avenante et pleine de petites attentions. Rien à redire, excellente expérience.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, man sieht sie aber nur, wenn man möchte. Das Haus ist perfekt für 5-6 Personen. Der Garten ist riesig und die Trampoline werden unsere Kids schwer vermissen. Ein Bäcker ist im Ort, Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kinder können auf Grund von Zaun und Tor problemlos alleine raus. Es war herrlich. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet, wie auf den Fotos zusehen ist und super sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Der Empfang durch die Besitzerin war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Zum Haus gehört eine große Auffahrt und ein Garten mit einem Boulplatz, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Vom Haus aus sind es nur wenige Meter in den Wald zum Wandern. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die tolle Vermieterin und den Vermieter.

Super Unterkunft mit Kindern

Ein schönes Haus in tadellosem Zustand in wunderbarer Umgebung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte, auch Kochgeschirr für wirklich alles Mögliche ist parat. Die Betten sind bequem und in der Umgebung gibt es vieles zu Unternehmen. Auch für die Kinder gibt es extrem viel Spielzeug für innen und außen. Man braucht wirklich nichts mitzunehmen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Vacances de printemps

Excellent séjour, les enfants ont bien profité des jeux extérieurs, jardin clôturé sécurisé, beaucoup de jouets et jeux de société enfants et adultes aussi. Nous avons visité les jolies villes d'Alsace, une journée à cigoland, parfait avec de jeunes enfants. Propriétaire très agréable et disponible.

Ce fût un réel plaisir de retourner en famille en Alsace, Visites des villes environnantes , promenades dans des lieux magnifiques et randonnées sur des itinéraires très bien balisés par le club Vosgien. Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Idealer Basis für unsere Wanderausflüge. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer, die sehr nutzliche Insidertipps (Ausflugsziele und gute Restaurants) gegeben haben. Sehr zu empfehlen, das Haus hat reichlich Platz drum herum, mit Spielgeräte für Kinder und Platz fürs Auto. Wir waren zur zweit, aber bis zu sechs Personen haben Schlafplätze, ohne dass jemand im Wohnzimmer schlafen muss. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl!

Village et gite très agréable. Petits commerces à proximité (boulangerie, boucherie, distributeur pizza ...). Visites : marché de noël de Strasbourg et Colmar, visite des ruines du château et cascade de Nideck et pour finir balade au sommet des Vosges "Le grand ballon". seule la neige manqué au RDV.
