Huone oli epäsiisti, pölyinen. Huonetta ei tultu siivoamaan, vaikka pyysin sitä useampaan kertaan ja lähetin valokuvat. Huoneesta puuttuivat silitysrauta ja -lauta. Ne tuotiin 5. päivänä, jälleen usean pyynnön jälkeen. Service fee oli 80€, vaikka varauksessa se oli 70€. Huomautin tästä, mutta tähän ei reagoitu lainkaan.
