This room is a scam ran by thieves. We booked to stay only to get a message on the day of travel telling us that the room was unavailable and we couldn't stay there. This meant we had to fine alternative accommodation whilst travelling. As the room wasn't available through no fault of our own we thought we would get a refund but these guys refused to pay and held on to our money. Even after many emails and phone calla with hotels.com they kept ignoring us or refusing to pay. They are not decent people and not trustworthy. Should be removed from the hotels.com website

Varios restaurant, colchon viejo en mal estado, cabe señalar que me dieron otro departamento a última hora 9 de la noche y se dificultó la comunicación, sólo contaba con 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 4 noches y para 4 personas, transporte público cerca
