Located in a quiet area overlooking l’Escalet beach, Villa Escalet is a pretty, newly-built hillside home that enjoys wonderful views of the sea. The property, cleverly situated with a low profile, is surrounded by a small and attractive terraced garden that features a swimming pool with alarm. There are two large covered terraces surrounding the house; one with a BBQ and ideally located next to the kitchen for dining, and the other, furnished with comfortable sofas and perfectly situated to enjoy both the sun and the views of the sea, including Cap Camarat.

The house has air-conditioning throughout. The pool can be heated on request.

Ground Floor:

Cleverly configured and decorated in a light, comfortable, contemporary style, the spacious open-plan living area features high beams, comfortable furniture, Satellite TV, DVD, CD player and Wi-Fi Internet. The modern kitchen is fully furnished with a breakfast table, good-sized gas stove with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and espresso machine. The dining area has seating for up to eight guests. There are two double bedrooms on this floor (one with a separate entrance), both with outside terraces, and ensuite bathrooms - one with bath and shower, basin and WC, and the other with shower, basin and WC. There is an additional guest WC on the ground floor.

Lower Ground Floor:

Downstairs, there are two additional double bedrooms, both with terraces and ensuite bathrooms with shower and WC. Additionally, there is a laundry area with washer and dryer and access to the garage.

This villa offers its guests a terrace and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
