Benigni Villa rental is a brand new build that was completed in May 2019. The villa has been completed to the highest standard and no expense has been spared in finding the best fixtures and fittings. The Benigni Villa is built on a private plot (measuring 1500 square meters), in the quiet village of Pantokratoras (Laganas). This is a near-perfect location as it is quiet and peaceful, and just about 2 kilometers away from the tourist resort of Laganas.



Benigni villa measures 230 square meters and consists of two floors. The ground floor of the villa features an open plan living room and kitchen area. The living room includes ample space and seating, Digea flat-screen TV with Netflix as well as a PlayStation (PS3).



The kitchen features a large dining table and is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a large refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There are also three bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, three single beds and private bathroom with shower, WC and two sinks. Also, in the interior, there is a staircase that leads you to the first floor where you will find two more bedrooms, both featuring a double and two single beds and a bathroom with shower, WC and two sinks.



In the exterior, there is a large veranda, a sun terrace, a shaded dining area, a swimming pool with sun loungers and plenty of room for children to play. You will be able to spend your holidays leisurely by the pool soaking up some sun. You will also be able to enjoy the cool evening breeze on the veranda while sipping a drink or dining al fresco.

The villa is attractively furnished to a high standard and is a great choice for groups or families looking for a peaceful and spacious property, but want to be near the busy major resorts of the island.
