Nous avons payer pour avoir une grande chambre mais en fait nous n'avons eu qu'une chambre normale. La grande chambre étant en fait 2 chambres communicantes. Nous avons donc payer un supplément pour rien car nous n'avons une qu'une simple chambre, nous vous demandons un geste commercial

Une coupe en or pour les 3 jeunes femmes de l'accueil avec un très bon relationnel et une volonté sans faille de nous apporter l'aide nécessaire pour recharger notre voiture électrique. La situation était tendue car les bornes de recharge de Luz-Saint-Sauveur ne fonctionnaient pas alors que la centrale de réservation de Cévéo m'avait informé, lors de ma réservation, que des bornes étaient présentes sur le parking. Mais ce n'est pas le cas. Merci aussi au jeune homme qui nous a branché la voiture avec une grande envie de rendre le meilleur service. Bravo aussi au personnel de la restauration, du ménage et de l'animation; tout était au top. Par contre, carton rouge pour la directrice qui a fait débrancher la voiture en charge sans nous en informer et sans chercher à apporter une autre solution. Il peut être tentant de se retrancher derrière le règlement ou des raisons de sécurité. Et pourtant, moins de rigidité, plus d'humanité peuvent laisser de meilleurs souvenirs et.... de meilleurs avis.
