The South West Coast Path is easily accessible, offering breathtaking coastal views for walkers and hikers. For a day trip, hop over the border into Devon and discover foodie Axminster and the charming Seaton Tramway (8 miles). Lyme Regis is also host to several festivals and events all through the year including, jazz and folk festivals, Regatta & Carnival Week, Guitars on The Beach, Food Rocks and Lifeboat Week to name but a few. There is something for everyone in this vibrant spot, whatever the season.

Next you’ll pass through the compact kitchen area, which has a two-ring hob, small oven and fridge with ice compartment, making this the ideal space to prepare light meals. Completing the accommodation is a light and bright studio style bedroom/living space with a double bed, sofa and dining table perfect for two and a TV.


Patio doors lead through a shared area of garden to a pretty patio space behind the annexe where you can enjoy a sundowner or your morning coffee at the table and chairs. One off road parking space is available approximately 50 metres from the property.
