Welcome to Kings Lea, your stylish and spacious coastal retreat right in the heart of Lymington. This inviting home is perfect for family holidays or group getaways, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults and 2 children). You'll love being just a short stroll from Lymington's charming pubs, fantastic restaurants, and unique independent shops. Plus, the stunning New Forest National Park is on your doorstep, ready for you to explore.
Kings Lea offers the best of indoor and outdoor living. Unwind in the private, enclosed garden, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ—perfect for relaxed summer evenings. Inside, you'll find two comfortable living rooms (one with a Smart TV) and a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining area with everything you need. We also provide two parking permits for the car park directly opposite, and there's free street parking nearby.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible and spread across three floors. On the lower ground floor, there's a king bedroom with an ensuite. The first floor has another king bedroom, and the second floor offers two more king bedrooms. There's also a double sofabed in the lower ground floor lounge. (Two of the king beds can be converted into twins on request.) You'll find ample bathrooms, including a ground floor shower room and a family bathroom on the first floor. You'll have exclusive access to the entire home for a private and relaxing break.
The space can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children. There are 4 bedrooms, plus a double sofa bed in the basement. The sofa bed is available free of charge, but must be requested after booking.
