House is very basic, beds, table and couches. The house was clean and in a nice subdivision with restaurants within walking distance. The Host doesn’t not communicate well with check in or check out procedures. You get no advance info on getting in the house. So make sure you contact them before arriving

I wouldn't know anything about this property as we were not allowed to stay at the property I booked. The manager kept giving excuses for its availability and put us in another property that was horrible. Run down, exposed wires and fixtures, bad neighborhood, only window unit A/C's that barely worked with warning lights for filter changes on all of them, nothing like what I booked. Then refused to accommodate any reduction in charge for the inconvenience or reduction in quality of properties. I will never use VRBO again.

I never got to stay there. The host.was horrible at communication. Then when i did get ahold of him he informed that the house was no longer available. As i was in my room the night before in st.louis awaiti.g my flight to new york. What a horrible horrible situation he left me in! You all should be ashamed of yourselfs for having such a host on your site at all!
