First floor laundry. Large great room with 65" smart TV. Huge MSTR suite with king size bed has a large bathroom with a two person hot tub. Two other bedrooms have a king size bed, one has a queen. Two heat/cool zone system. Beautiful back yard with woods and a creek. Plenty of deer. Two car garage with openers. Basement has live in onsite property manager. There is a locking door between the basement apartment and the main house
