Most uncomfortable bed ever, table lamp broken, no curtains, and more. Positive reviews on Expedia’s site very misleading. Checked out early and was denied a refund of remaining two days! DON’T STAY HERE !

The entire experience with the staff was outrageous. The room was booked for a two queen and it was not available and the staff was extremely rude. When I had to call the hotel to discuss how they had treated my son at check in they spoke over me and told me they didn’t need to help me and they hung up on me. Then it took me 15 minutes of calling the hotel to get anyone to pick up and they continued to be rude and condescending. They told me false accusations of their interactions with my son which I found shocking. I was able to chat with an Expedia agent who was most helpful as always. This staff had no interest in helping us at all. They spoke badly of Expedia and made false statements about them I know not to be true from the many years of excellent customer service I have had with Expedia

room was nice. the staff was great..only thing was a big aroma of marijuana smell in the elevator and on the floor i got off on..but overall a nice facility and very secure place
