Nice Apt With Balcony In The Heart Of Lyon

Welcome to my home! I’m delighted to host you in my 46 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor in the heart of Lyon. Ideally situated, it’s close to Place Bellecour, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Musée des Confluences, and Saint-Jean-Baptiste Cathedral. You can stroll through this lively and charming neighborhood and enjoy its many restaurants.

## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor in Lyon, this apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a cozy living area where you can relax after a busy day. It also has a balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunny days in summer!

You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: coffee machine, oven, microwave, iron, hairdryer, and washing machine.

The apartment is very well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore Lyon and its surroundings. The neighborhood is charming and convenient: Place Bellecour is a 22-minute walk, the Museum of Fine Arts is 35 minutes away, the Musée des Confluences is 22 minutes away, and Saint-Jean-Baptiste Cathedral is 25 minutes away. Just downstairs, you can enjoy a meal at the restaurant "Point Nommé", one of our favorites!

## Emplacement
The 2nd arrondissement is located at the southern end of the peninsula formed by the Saone and the Rhone. This is the heart of Lyon, one of the several shopping districts with many shops, pedestrian streets and the largest square in Europe: Place Bellecour with the famous statue of Louis XIV in the center. One part of this district, in the South, just saw the achievment of the famous project "Confluence", which implies an urban renewal on the hypercentre of Lyon with brand new housing, offices and shopping malls.

- The “Place Bellecour”
