Situated on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secure building, it charms with its generous volumes, tasteful decoration, and large wraparound balcony that allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete tranquility.
Ideal for a family stay, with friends, or for a business trip, the accommodation combines comfort, functionality, and an excellent location.

In the living/lounge area, you'll find a large dining table with two benches, a cozy seating area with several comfortable seats, and a retro projector for enjoyable movie nights. The balcony running around the apartment is a real asset: it lets you enjoy the outdoors while staying in a calm setting on an upper floor.
