Welcome to this friendly and warm apartment, ideally located in Lyon.

This space includes a bedroom with a double bed size 160 x 200, as well as a second bedroom equipped with two single beds size 100 x 200. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a functional shower room, a dining area with table and chairs, and a comfortable living room to relax after a day of discovery.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

For your comfort, everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, you don’t have to worry about that.

Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation. However, you will have access to a public parking nearby, as well as paid spaces in front of the building. Another parking is available just a 10-minute walk from the Place Bellecour and the Presqu'île.

The apartment enjoys a convenient location, just 2 minutes from the tram or bus stop. You will also be close to a lively street, full of restaurants, wine bars and coffee shops. Moreover, you can easily walk to the museums in the city center.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous. Blandan Park is only a 13-minute walk away, Place Bellecour is reachable in 13 minutes by public transport, and Place de la République is 19 minutes by metro. The Amphitheatre of the Three Gauls is 21 minutes away by car, not forgetting many other attractions to explore.

## Emplacement
The 7th arrondissement, is located between the Rhone (west), Gambetta in the north, the 8th arrondissement in the east and the town of Saint-Fons in the south. It is the widest district of Lyon. It is located on a quite flat area. There is a part of the universities, the international “Cité Scolaire”, the Tony Garnier Hall where there are many shows and concerts, the Parc de Gerland. The Rhone banks offer a very pleasant walk, where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet themselves by night and day!
