Central Part-Dieu - Apartment 1
Located a few minutes walk from Part-Dieu train station and to Garibaldi metro station, the apartment is situated on the ground floor overlooking a pedestrian street, close to all amenities and shops.
This nice 17 m² studio comes with a living room with a large bay window with a nice comfortable 140*190 bed, a 2 persons dining table, an HD TV and a fully equipped little kitchen.
You will also enjoy a nice bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine is available too.
Please note that the apartment is located near a school, so it may be slightly noisy at times when the children are in the playground.
We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta, spices, some coffee and tea pods) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, coffee machine, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included.
Free WIFI available.
Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartmen's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Keep the apartment in good condition:
When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being.
Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns:
We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control. This includes:
Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors.
Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.).
Temporary breakdown of the building's elevator.
Unpredictable breakdowns of equipment or appliances, such as dead batteries in a remote control or a burnt-out light bulb. We are unable to predict such incidents in advance.
Internet outages attributable to the provider or network degradation, whether inside or outside the building.

Smoking: strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Subletting or transfer of the lease: strictly prohibited, under penalty of legal action.
Use of the toilet: The toilet is intended exclusively for biological waste and toilet paper. Any other use will result in a charge for service.
Use of beds: The sofa and other surfaces must not be used as beds. Only beds and sofa beds provided for this purpose are permitted.
Modification or alteration prohibited: Any modification to the layout of the apartment, paintwork, furniture, decoration, or any movable or immovable element of the apartment is prohibited.
Events and parties: strictly prohibited.
Animals (pets or otherwise): strictly prohibited.
Tenant responsibility:
You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during your stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged at cost.
Any modification or alteration to the premises is prohibited and will result in repair costs.
You must be covered by rental liability insurance, including theft, fire, water damage, and neighbors' claims.
