Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We were unable to access the keys to the apartment. The host was unresponsive. After time spent in the cold on the VRBO help line we ended up staying in a hotel. Disappointing and frustrating. A shout out to VRBO, the company - very helpful and reassuring and they reimbursed our cost.
