Propreté et ordeur mauvaise, Jardin pas entretenu, portail cassé, prise électrique cassée, beaucoup de Matériel non compatible avec la plaque de cuisson, pas de plat à gratin ....

DÉFAUT D’ENTRETIEN

Dans l’annonce il est indiqué « magnifique maison ». Elle pourrait l’être mais malheureusement l’entretien et la propreté ne semblent pas être la priorité des propriétaires : jardin à l’abandon, mauvais écoulement de la douche, cafetière Nespresso HS…Quel dommage dans un environnement résidentiel ! Pour info il n’y a qu’une sdb et non comme précisé dans l’annonce
