The minute we walked in my wife tried to close the bathroom door and a piece of metal fell on her head. They gave us another room. Other than that, everything else was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room they gave us was comfortable enough.

Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre est petite, on voit qu’elle est rénovée, c’est pas « parfait » mais plus que convenable. Le plus: je ne sais pas si c’est un hasard mais aucun bruit dans l’hôtel ! Et très bon petit dej. Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Nous sommes allés au centre de Lyon en Tram, qui est à 10min de l hôtel à pied.

Inacceptable ! Bien qu'ayant réservé deux chambres de 2 lits simples pour 2 adutes depuis début mai, lors de notre arrivée à la date et l'heure prévue il nous a été annoncé qu'il ne restait plus que des chambres avec grand lit !!! Il a donc fallu passer les nuits à dormir à deux ( nous avons entre 72 et 80 ans ) dans même lit. Désormais nous ne séjournerons plus jamais chez Kyriad, la leçon est retenue... SVP respectez mieux vos clients.
