"L'ATELIER" is a recently refurbished apartment, it is a one-bedroom apartment located in the city center, in the historic and very lively Capucins district of Lyon 1er: a stone's throw away are several theatrical cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, boutiques and artists' studios. At the top of the slopes is the Croix Rousse plateau with its famous market in particular, and below the Place des Terreaux with the Museum of Fine Arts, the Opera, rue de la République and its many shops going up to Place Bellecour.

The bedroom is on the courtyard side of the building, quiet, with a queen size double bed and storage, the bathroom is equipped with a beautiful contemporary shower, sink and WC. The living room consists of an equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed 160, flat screen TV. Internet WIFI (fiber optic), iron, hair dryer, and washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner (shared with the other 3 apartments on the same floor). You will appreciate the ceiling fans in the summer!
