Efficiency Apartment in Lyon

Laborious process to get key. Good central location but is above a noisy pub.

The host communicated well and the property is located in the heart of Vieux-Lyon however, be warned that the apartment is directly above a British pub so it’s very noisy. Also, the check-in/out process was very inconvenient. We had to walk 10 additional minutes one-way with big packs on our backs to collect and return the keys!! The apartment fit me and my 2 adult children fine. Regarding cleanliness, all of the bedding and towels from the previous tenant were left in the apartment to dry. The shower wasn’t draining properly and the kitchen facilities weren’t great which was fine because we ate out. If I return to Lyon I will stay in the downtown core instead because I think it would be a better fit.

Bit small but in a great location

Great location. Communication with owner was quick and easy. The place is a bit small but is plenty for people who just want to have a place to sleep and spend their time outside afterwards. The cleaning could be a bit better however.

Très bel appartement convenable pour 4 personnes. Propre. Plein centre du vieux Lyon donc bruyant lors d'événements mais pas un bruit samedi soir. Proche de toutes les commodités, les lieux à visiter. Clefs a retirer a 10 minutes à pied et parking disponible et très pratique a 15 min. Je recommande

Seul l'emplacement est génial. Pas d'accueil: seuls messages de la propriétaire sont la procédure pour les clés et le paiement du parking lors du départ pas de êtes vous bien installés par exemple. Le logement n'est pas très propre, beaucoup de poussière et toiles d'araignée. La douche ne s'évacue pas bien donc on est dans un pédiluve. Le retrait des clés est compliqué et le parking certes intéressant est loin de la location donc pas pratique avec des bagages. De plus dans l'annonce il est noté parking mais celui ci vous sera facturé en plus de la location et payable en liquide! Bref à part l'emplacement, la location n'est pas recommandable.

Appartement correct .vaisselle insuffisante et equipement pour cuisiner insuffisant (une casserole, une seule poele,un seul feu à induction, pas de four sauf micro onde), menage insuffisamment fait, beaucoup de poussière, vaisselle non "enfermé) et frigo non degivré depuis un temps certain car impossibilité d'ouvrir la porte du freezer tellement la glace bloquait la porte à l'extérieur...penderie vétuste en toile sans porte. Le vieux LYON est superbe. Dans l'annonce, il est indiqué un parking.il serait bon de prévenir qu'il se trouve à 1km500 de l'appartement et que pour décharger on peut se garer au park ST Jean (payant) et ensuite aller se garer au parking gratuit. C'est sûr, si on retourne à Lyon, ce ne sera pas dans cet appartement et pas sûr avec ABRITEL
