The Cocoonr Agency offers you the Nid du Lion for rent in Lyon's 5th arrondissement, in the St George district. A beautiful flat located in the historic part of our beautiful capital of gastronomy, in a pedestrian cobblestone street.

Just a 5-minute walk from the Vieux Lyon metro exit and the St Georges car park, you'll be ideally located to enjoy museums (Musée de la miniature), restaurants (Daniel et Denise, bouchon lyonnais), the Pralus bakery (famous brioche à la praline), Saint-Jean Cathedral, or the typical shops of old Lyon (Guignol) .... Enough to help you discover this atypical district.

Le Nid du Lion is a 44 m² flat, located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a 17th century building, in a beautiful Lyon traboule (traboules are pedestrian passageways through the courtyards of buildings, allowing access from one street to another).

This apartment can accommodate two adults and one child.

The flat is composed as follows:
- A beautiful living room with a double sofa bed, TV and wifi, a large window with blackout curtains overlooking the courtyard
- An open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and all the utensils you need to prepare a meal. A high table with 4 bar chairs to enjoy your breakfast
- A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a desk area, a closet, a window with blackout curtain overlooking the courtyard
- A separate toilet
- A bathroom with a shower, a basin, a washing machine and a towel dryer

Transportation:
- Line D: Métro Vieux-Lyon
- Access to the funicular to go to Saint-Just, Fourvière
- Nearest train station: Perrache 10/15 minutes away via line D and line A
- Nearest airport: Saint-Exupéry in 30 minutes via Rhône-express from part-dieu
- Vélov station at Vieux-Lyon metro station

Great location in Le Vieux Lyon!

Great location, smooth check in process. Gates and stairs are difficult if you are travelling with heavy luggage or have mobility issues... no elevator. Overall would recommend this apartment!

Perfect size and location for our visit!

We wanted to be in Vieux Lyon close to a parking garage and Metro. The St Georges parking is an easy 2 minute walk from this apartment and metro entrances are also very close. Located on a lovely, quiet stretch of Rue St Georges, the historic sites, Saone & Rhône waterFronts, and Presqu’ile are easy to reach. The apartment is comfortable and well provisioned with all the necessities.

Le métro est juste à côté ainsi que le funiculaire mais même à pieds vous êtes vite dans le centre. 🙁 Le 2ème couchage dans le canapé lit très très fatigué. Après avoir averti la conciergerie que la machine à laver était en panne et donc nous nous sommes retrouvés avec du linge mouillé sans pouvoir l'essorer, personne n'est venu la réparer ou l'échanger ! A 5h30, 3 fois dans la semaine les poubelles passent et font un vacarme impressionnant. Appartement très sombre et sans vue du fait de la traboule"
